We're reminded, around this time each year, to give thanks. And while the obvious and well deserved gratitude is most often aimed at family, friends, health and well being, this year we'd like to recognize some of the less obvious people, places and things that make our day, all year long.
We're grateful for local, organic food and our community farmers who care about the earth and the food they produce. We’re grateful for the growing popularity of the local food movement, and for those who strive to make fresh, organic foods available to everyone, even in remote areas. And we're thankful for our extended family – you. It is truly our pleasure to serve your children each and every day, and a thrill to watch them enjoy eating fresh and nourishing meals at school.
