Dr. Frank has worked in the field of dentistry as a general dentist, orthodontic specialist and as a teacher in Europe, Asia and the United States for more than 35 years. He has authored and coauthored numerous articles published in professional journals throughout his dental career. As a specialist and teacher he continues to present the esthetic, functional and biologic benefits of interdisciplinary orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Frank maintains the highest standards in his knowledge of and clinical skills in orthodontics by attending professional conferences and participating in professional organizations. He became a Diplomate, American Board of Orthodontics in 1989 and was recertified in 2007. The American Board of Orthodontics is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Frank is blessed in marriage with three grown children. However even as an empty nester he has little spare time, being a volunteer much of his time for a non-profit organization, BASCA, providing services for the developmentally disabled in northeast Florida.
